In a CNS CASE, time is precious,u cannot afford 2 lose a single minute,i wud prefer 2 check EOM in both eyes 2gether.i guess its okay 2 check them 2gether.we need 2 have atleast 2 n half minutes for counselling

for headache we have to check visual acuity.(r/o refractiv error or strain)
long standing diabetes if the patient complains of any visual disturbance.(cataract and retinopathy).if his profession requires surely

For EOM, check both eyes together ( not the right way but i guess its good enough to get that check mark)

For visual acquity, there's no need to do it. just mention it on the work up (and to the SP) if you think its necessary.
