hi,
whats the treatment of choice for social phobia..... ssris or propranol?getting confused since propranol is used for stage fright

SSRIs are good for general social phobia. B-blockers are good for specific such as stage fright. hope I was right.

Social phobia

paroxetine-SSRI is FDA approved for social anxiety disorder

bblockers are used to control symptoms of performance anxiety

CBT is helpful adjunct
