I'm in a huge problem right now about step3 and H1 visa, could anyone plz answer my Qs, thanks
1. Do i contact the lawyer before or after i have the score
2. How long does it take to collect all the document before send it to the gov?

You can contact the attorney now, but he cannot submit your paperwork without your scores.
How long? No clue.

From my experience (twice), h1 application may take about 1-2 weeks for preparation and 3 weeks for approval from USCIS with premium processing. You can apply for training license right now before your scores are available as you don't need step 3 for that. In fact you would not need your step 3 score before the h1 petition to be sent over to USCIS. This is implying that your hospital is institution of higher education and is exempt from h
