I don't think so. It is mainly basic science research tool. Just recently, people are using it for searching tumor markers in combination to clinical research. I don't think it would be fair to ask about that in a clinical exam. Microarray analysis needs a lot of time and efforts. cannot really fit it into 1 min question of MLE type.
