trimethaphan i guess..it is a ganglion blocker blocks both symp and parsym ganglia....most important side effect is hypotension

it should be methoxamine , it causes reflex bradycardia

:arrow: methoxamine is correct answer ,trimethaphan 's is a direct effect.
