how to decide whether the effect on HR is direct or a reflex one?,eg Ach cause reflex increase in HR??

B.P..if direct B.P increases..
indirect is ass with dec in B.P

2 trimethaphan
3adenosine (Adenocard)
4 esmolol (Brevibloc)
5 methoxamine (Vasoxyl

trimethaphan i guess..it is a ganglion blocker blocks both symp and parsym ganglia....most important side effect is hypotension

it should be methoxamine , it causes reflex bradycardia

:arrow: methoxamine is correct answer ,trimethaphan 's is a direct effect.
