What difference does that make? A program is not supposed to have contact with their matched persons before the release time. If I said today (WHICH IT ISN'T), would you start calling programs?? That's just going to really upset a ton of program coordinators.
The release of information is on Thursday. Sorry - that's all I am going to answer.

Well this conversation does give an answer indirectly. one can not be very sure about my inference though.
Why else would bbb not tell us straight something like "Programs know nothing till thursday !!" instead if "What difference does it make?"
Does it mean "Not all programs find out but a program can if it wants to!!!" ?
I would be in favor of this because if every program found out before thursday...we would know by now !

plus u might want to have a look at last year s thread.... which says they find out wednesday night. so my guesses were wrong if this thread is right !
