I did not match in spite of having 20 interviews and 19 ranking. So any advise from anyone other than try in scramble? For those who will be applying next year, if you get offer for pre-match, strongly recommend you to take it. I made mistake of not accepting one. Its all on LUCK

If the program which offered you prematch gets unfilled, don't hesitate to call them. As far as I know, a friend of mine was in exact situation, and luckily he was accepted. Should we create a thread for unfilled program requirements? I have no ideas how scramble gonna be, but I read somewhere that we should call each program to find out how they want the application submitted. (I really don't know if we have time to sit down, relax, and do anything besides scrambling around...) God bless us going to scramble.

Congratulations to all who Matched. Those who do not match please do not give up. Be ready for scramble. Good luck . I pray everybody should get the residency. following preparations I made for scramble but fortunately I do not have to use it now. hope it may help you guys. scramble email I wrote few lines saying my name, visa status, Interested in your program, my few strenghts, contact address and documents attached list. If you have some help from computer expert, put your photograph and create your own website link. Put all together in your email. so that whatever they want to see can click on the link itself and see and print from your link from your email. You can use all your time in calling the program director. If you wish and feel safe downloading your documents ,there are so many free websites available. After scramble you can delete the scanned and attached documents. You can subcribe for efax too. GOOD LUCK Select your choice of programs tentatively unmached data from 2003-2007NRMP list. save it on ERAS.

so sorry to hear that, I'm sure you can improve a lot on whatever you need....you've come up to here and are so close. I'm sure you won't give up... . other than scramble: maybe try to get a position in something where you would be speaking full time english (clinical research, observership/externship, and work on contacts, contacts, contacts), you have the knowledge and with that you should be able to get stronger letters than the ones you have, work hard... your communication skills will improve enormously while you improve your english.....and it will give you much more confidence for your interviews too... you will make it, and time goes really fast... best of luck...

From what I know, several heros on the forum this year didnt match last year as well but getting into VERY VERY good program this yr by reinforcing their credentials. Try to get as many good US hospital LOR as possible. GL. May the force with u.
