I'm working with 2 antibodies, 1 rasied in Rabbit and another in mouse againt a protein on which I'm performing the dot blot.
The antibody raised in mouse gives colour in dot-blot but faded colour/no colour with that raised in Rabbit.
Please suggest me the right way to solve the problem and the anticipated mistakes I'm making.
