I am working with two antibodies, one has been raised in rabbit against a protein and another in mouse.
The dot blot with mouse antibody gives strong colour within 20 sec. but with rabbit antibody gives faded colour/no colour within 3 min.
Please suggest me the right way to solve the problem.

Nope this is a purely research question and most of us, here , are trying to get into teh MLE thingy so i dont think any one might be able to answer you. But keep ur hopes up.
