hi, guys can some body tell me if i can do cns exam first and then rest of the exams like cvs ,RS in neurology cases like forget ful ness ,in real exam does it matter, because iam running out of time and not able to complete cns exam if keep it in end during my practice, do i nessacarily have to summarise history and findins in the end or just i can tell the diagnostic possibilities work up and then close, please reply

this is not for a physical exam test for a specialist
do any physical exam as fast as possible, and as "superficial" as possible
- put stethoscope on 1 spot, then next spot then next, DO NOT focus to hear - your job is to PLACE the stethoscope in the approximate spots.
it is not important to do "the best PE" because you will not have time for other parts of the encounter.
