hi every one
I'm a swedish doctor, Pediatric Trauma ER who got tired of the cold in Sweden and moved to the sunny LA...I'm having my exam in April and feel like I've lost my energy....It's not much time left but I'm so so so tired.
So by starting this journals I hope I'll feel motivated. Any one doing the exam in April????
I'm doing only UW, second time, only marked and wrong answeres. Reading my Kaplan books and FA. When I feel tired I listen to Goljan. I don't think I'll have time reading his HY. What do you think??? I've done NBME nr 1 about 1 month ago and scored 480, I want higher. I know I can do this if I concentrate...but how????
Anyone having the same problem??? pls keep in touch and lets help and support each other in this Maraton..

well,,i have the same feeling...tired and cant concentrate,,but my exam is in 10 days....also did NBME a month ago 480..and i want more..look like we r twins....so lets motivate each other in these few days.....

DId you listen to the new physilogy dvds from Kaplan??? My physio wasn't good at all but after watching the dvds..GOD it feel like it's easy now...I even attended the live lectures but the teacher sucked hard and I ended up not going to the classes. He's the one one the old dvds...It might be late for you to start with dvds but if you can read kaplan notes and look at the pics.
My exam was going to be in 12 days but I'm so scared so I changed it to April.
My plan is to finish my marked questions on UW today..100 left. I'm so slow in reading and try to understad everything when I read so it takes me ages..
Have you done your second NBME??? You should do that so in case you don't like your scores you can postpone it. You can't change your day if it's less than 5 days left to your exam
I gotta go, my break is over now...study hard my friend

i cant postporn more...alot of social reasons....i just have to study and study and study...i dont have the DVDs unfortiontaly
so good luck...study hard....we can do this buddy,,its just few more days

oh guys..I am able to understand exactly how you feel. I took step1 some days ago..the day after the exam is just sooo perfect..no matter how good or bad you have done..it's just gone...I'm expecting my score report but I don't know what this is going to be like..keep going! I wish you the best!
