This is a interesting video for neurological conditions on youtube (not exam), very interesting. If anyone can identify the name of the disease that is mentioned at min 1:50 please post it. Couldn't find a better place to ask. Thanks

Yup, it is pretty weird - I've never seen anything like it. What got my attention is its association with self-mutilation (a differential for Lesch-Nyhan). The narrator actually says the name of the disease but I can't seem to catch it. It seems like a name of a person(s) that probably ends with "Pott's disease", that's all I can make up. Any ideas?
