Kaplan Qbank USMLE

I've done KAPLAN Lecture Notes in Internal Medicine as a quick read (yet with some annotations and diagrams) and have recently started to do KAPLAN QBook. Starting from the first test, it seems there are lots of topics not covered by the lecture notes. Such topics are not even in the complementary videos. I watched the Pulmonology and Neurology videos and they covered exactly what's in the main books. I wonder, then, what they meant by "This material will make you master and excel in the USMLE Step 2 CK" ??!!

And since I had First Aid, I thought I'd take a look, and to my surpirse I found that it covers more topics than the lecture notes do (albeit summarized).

So what should I do now? Just read First Aid or get another complete review material?

I get most of the QBook questions wrong, and I actually use it as an educational book, rather than a test book, but do you think I should read FA first, and then do QBook, or do them simultaneously. I have LOTS of time. I'm not taking the exam before a year or more as I'm still in school.

I'd appreciate your opinions about Kaplan lecture notes, First Aid, and when to do QBook.

Thanks.
