how does it cause DI and hypothyroidism?
what is cardiac teratogenicity ass with?

cardiac teratogenicity is ebstein's abnormality.
pls tell how it causes DI and hypot.

it uncouples receptor from their second messanger system....i.e..TSH -binds its receptor ..but adenylate cyclase system is not activated...similarly ADH binds its receptor..but adenylate cyclase is not activated smiling face 8)
