I have heard that UW questions are submitted by students who have taken the exam, and they get paid for submitting the questions. Has anyone else heard this before...or is it just some bogus rumor.

If that were the case they would be in a reall BIG BIG legal mess.
So I do not think they will go that way.
Now for my step1 I have several questions that were like dejavu, and many others that were in the same idea.
But like goljan says there only a few ways to kiss a cat.
