I took NBME the other day, and found that many of the questions were one/two sentences only, and many without any clinical vignette, and straight forward questions. Can someone please tell me, if there are questions like that in USMLE. I am doing UW right now, and almost all questions are vignette type questions.

You do get an occasional one liner on the real exam but most are clinical vignette types. They also generally have longer question stems than ones on nbme or even for that matter UW.

wow even longer question stem than UW. it takes me whole 60 minutes to finish each block on UW, then that means i need to increase my speed to be ready for the exam.
