Hello my dear fellow applicants to OB/GYN I just want to start a new topic that encourage all of us to pursue a career or should I say a vocation? that many want us to think is impossible for IMG's and worse yet they want us to think that is all about the big liability issues.
For those of you considering or applying to OB I want to tell you don't be afraid!
If this is really what you want go for it.... we have a special place in a woman's life.... we will bring new life and we are not only catching the baby we are the ones who have the chance to help this women become healthier persons and mothers.... We are in the preventive side of the balance so every little change that you can help our patients make will have a great impact in their later lives... so please all the brave all the fearless, all the advocates of a noble profession, stand next to me and let's go make the choice for our patients! good luck to all of you.
