Kaplan Qbank USMLE

Hi
im new to this forum just wanted to ask you guys for some guidence as i am recently bummed about my score. i just received it yesterday with a 183! freakin one point! and am pretty upset as i thought i rocked the exam.

my studying was mostly usmleworld questions with kaplan high yield videos and some FA and Crush but i didnt read the whole thing as i only took one month total to study for the exam. and i didnt take a single NBME. i was fairly confident in that i just passed step 1 and was rushing to make the match and my usmleworld scores were pretty good.

usmleworld i completed twice before the exam. first time i did it i had an avg score of 73% while i made notes on every topic. Then i did it again for the second time and was scoring from 85-95 on the tests with an avg of about 88% which made me feel i was ready to rock this exam. i did all tests in timed mixed questions both times around. after hearing what others were scoring on the bank i felt i was more than ready to take the test. i had a only 3 hours of sleep the night before but it wasnt an excuse as i was fairly alert throughtout the exam. Im not quite sure what else i can do right now i was thinking to take a live course somewhere but not really sure if i need it or not. any recommendations by you guys? any books i should read or different ways to study? or should i just keep doing world as i was only a point away.

also i was wondering if anyone has ever got their exams re-graded before and got different marks from it? i was thinking bout it since i felt the exam wasnt too difficult and was so close to passing. please help! totally bummed right now and sick of studying!

thanks
