wht happens to TB Na n serum osmolality?

IN dKA, the PNa+ is artificially low, because glucose becomes the major osmotic draw. PNa+, when corrected, will actually be high (Px is artificially hyponatremic)

correct ,its dilutional hyponatremia n serum osmolallity is increased,
