not much...most programs just want u to pass that in order to give u a h1b...however i have heard fellowships in IMed do look at step 3...

I am not Mukho but in ur application u have to fill the type of visa required. In case u could take either h1 or j1 u can tick both....If for a specific program u dont want j1 u can tell them at the time of ur iv that u would take h1 only...
