A.Dominant parietal lobe

Agraphia, acalculia and finger agnosia are typical symptoms of Grestmann's syndrome.

But why is she not able to move her left arm but able to move her right arm----is there an associated transcortical apraxia??

Are we missing something?

nodnod Grestmann`s syndrome : Agraphia,Acalculia , Finger Agonosia and Left -Rhight confusion,,,,due to lesion in the dominany pareital lobe

Its not that she isnt able to move her Right arm ,,its she is confused which is which.confused...shaking head

the biggest symptom in Gerstmann syndrome is the Right & Left Confusion. You ask them to move the left hand they will move the opposite in confusion. and thats the only way i remembered it otherwise i was as clueless as everybody who saw the question.
