Hi iam an IMG 2002 grad, got 1 yr experience in OBG and 6 months in Anaesthesia.
I have detailed LORs from my seniors but they are all dated 2 -3yrs back ie i got them while i left the job. I plan to apply for 2009 match, so should i get all these LORS again from the corresponding persons as they say LOR has to be "updated"?
where can i get the MSPE form from? im trying to do these things earlier itself to avoid last minute panic,
Pls somebody help me

you can download the MSPE guide as well as the other resources from here. http://www.aamc.org/students/eras/resources/start...
the PDs i believe prefer LORs that are least 1 yr from the date of issuance.

thank u so much trabechlar.....and few more qs;
are we able to see the LOR and filled out MSPE form? is it a violation?
and do we have to get our med school transcrits and credentials verified again for ERAS?
I had done it once for ECFMG while applying for step1. and if i have to.. is the application form same as that of ecfmg or is it another form?
