wht happens in COPD n TOF?

in COPD CO2 accumulates, so curve will go to the right. What is TOF?

COPD leads to co2 retention.....shift to the right
In TOF there is cyanosis....and so PH is acidic and more CO2 in the blood so i guess the curve will shift towards the right again.
