Here's are the primary pathologic processes, find the underlying resp problem:

1] Congenital reduction in anti-protease production in the lungs.

2] Pan-acinar destruction of alveoli due to tobacco use.

3] Proliferation of interstitial atypical smooth muscle cells compressing sorrounding structure, [associated with chylothorax]

4] Stage 4 cystic/nodular sarcoidosis resulting in obstructive granuloma formation

5] Interstitial lung disease related to undiagnosed HIV infection.

1- alpha 1 antitrypsin deficiency

2- emphysema.

3-bronchogenic leiomyoma....gringringrin just kidding ...i dont know the anssticking out tongue

5-cod be interstitial lymphocytic pneumonitis.
