a young female came whith acne you prescribe topical isotretinoin later after few weeks she came whith complain of its itching of mole under breast which has become itchy after the usage your response is
a drug cause itching sometime
b itching may be an indication for the removal of the mole

well i think the itching whatever sidefx of topical isotretinoin would be mostly local at site of application. (?)
mole under breast itching... from those 2 answers i'd pick indication for removal.
