Hi BBB,
For the scramble process, I heard that most of the emails get sent directly to the bulk file and is for the most part, deleted/unseen by program coordinators/program directors during scramble. Is that true? If so, do you think we should just write an email without attaching the documents?

You should do what the programs ask. Many want documents only via ERAS. Emails don't go in a bulk folder (at least for me they don't).
