Both of you are correct.

Answer is C.Fibrinogen.

You need to know the difference between serum and plasma.Esentially,serum is derived from plasma by the extraction of fibrinogen and coagulation factors 2,5,and 8.This can be achieved by allowing whole blood to clot,then removing the clot.

Plasma = Fibrinogen + Serum
