Hello, I´m an IMG and I did this: First Aid book. Just subject by subject. Then USMLEWorld QBank. Then Kaplan QBank. It´s not so much about knowing every subject in detail, but more about what is high yield for the actual exam. The book and the QBank give you a variety of high yield subjects. It´s very important to stick to 1 or 2 books and then 1-2- months before the exam to train yourself with as much sample questions as you can. Best of luck!

Well i would say...STICK TO KAPLAN BEFORE GOING FOR OTHER BOOKS...U KNOW EACH AND EVERYTHING IN KAPLAN AND U R READY FOR 90's...UW IS VERY NICE AND EXAM IS LIKE THAT ONLY...ATLEAST I DIDNT FIND IT EASIER THAN UW....If possible then do kaplan q bank also, i found it useful coz some of the things which UW doesnt cover is in Kaplan....when i say, stick to kaplan i mean stick to it if u can understand each line of it, like i had to go for other books coz i am not a good reader and i keep missing points but when i cam out after exam i knew kaplan was enough ( and as someone usually says in this forun, NO KAPLAN DIDNT PAY ME TO SAY THIS though i wish they give me something like free subscription for step 2 qbank
