Hi frens, I have been following this forum, all through my step 2ck preparation. Thank u guyz for all the support and help i received by reading ur posts. I gave my exam yesterday. The day before the exam, i hardly slept for 4 hrs due to anxiety. Before entering prometric, I was tensed whether i can perform with adequate concentration all thr 8 blocks. I thank god for all his support all through my prep and exam. But, I realised that iam able to concentrate well starting from the first block till the last one. I ate milk with cereals at home. I took 2 bottles (500ml) of orange juice, 2 sandwiches during the break time. I was really amazed with the power of red bull. As I planned before, I took one red bull after 6th block. You guyz cant imagine, it alleviated my headache, increased my energy and concentration so much that i didn't feel tired during 7th and esp final block. I have never taken red bull. THanks a lot to red bull. Coming to exam-- first 2 blocks , i felt every question was vague. Most of the questions are 4-5 lines. Around 6- 8 lengthy questions with so many lab values. I got two video clips- heart murmurs, 6-7 ECG's , Much of immunology. guyz don't forget to read immunodeficiencies perfectly. got many hematology management questions. Immunizations, cancer screening very very high yield. management of biliary disorders, musculoskeletal high yield. substance abuse very high yield. got so many questions. coming to obg/gyn, surgery you can do those questions if you are perfect with kaplan material and UW psychiatry and biostats - I would suggest barabara fadem, its really wonderful book. Simplified, easy description of each and every disorder. i didnt read kaplan. once i recieve my score , i will share with u guyz. Thank you so much once again for ur help bye

Thanks drinturi for your experience. I pray that you receive a superb score!! I have one question for you. Which book of Barbara fadem is this, is it the High Yield Behavioral Science or is it the BRS behavioral science or is it another book altogether? The title of the book would be of much help. Thanks
