Yep I'm still here in US but will be returning soon.
Have to get some of my documents done. Hoping to finish with that part quick and then be back for the interviews...
Its been a pretty cool 3 months here. It was good fun but then also a lot of hardwork. Thankfully its all turned out well.
You keep doing your stuff well for now, there's still a long way to go...but with sincerity, faith and hardwork there arent a lot of things which fall into the "impossible" category. Thats important to know and understand.
But keep your perspective and enjoy what you are doing. In the end it all comes down to how happy you feel about your life and the way you spent whatever precious time it allows you. A good life is nothing but time well spent. The more such memories you have the better it seems to get.

hey genbot ...u know when i read ur words i feel hey this is what tia was.....but i lost myself...but no way ....i'm gonna be the best....will work really hard to put everything in the right place .....i know i talk a lot and i'm a kid but then there is fire in me...my parents know that...i'm so happy i'm never forced to do anything...i love doing it...its my passion...and yep gonna make it big....

whenevr i give my 100% ...its strange but u know god clears the way for me....i just have to do what i'm supposed to do...the rest is taken care of my god and my parents.....
and yep my temper tantrums have come down....i see myself doing great...i'm at peace...

That's good , now u r good to go in busy residency , still u r not hungry since u can eat reaaalllyyyyyyyyyy fast 
I always thought , eating , sleeping r taking our studying time since a baby , so never put that time in my study time table or read while eating ... used to do that when with parents & sibs , my sis always say not to do that , but I still read & eat at same time , so eating is not fast .
Well no such a fancy , spoil child as reading while eating , not allow now

where r u since morning ??
I did finished physio at 1 am yesterday, 1 day later than i planned .. the stupidest mistake i can do is to stay that late studying, it affects the following day .. i got up 2 hrs late and even didn't took enough sleep, and started soo late doing UW .. i just did 2 tests in UW .. reviewed one and about to review the other ...
What about the previous tests that u solved in Q-book tia??? could u tell me the Qs that u think i should read from those too ??

a 70 kg man on fixed NACL intake (200mmol/day) is given daily injection of potent mineralocorticoid for 4 days , he has free access to water and uses his usual calorie intake, excretion of nacl
1st day 30
2nd day 90
3rd day 180
4th day 200
1L of 0.9% saline contains 150 mmol of nacl = 1 kg
what will be his weight at the end of day 4?
well, i thought that it should be 72 kg!!!!!!!!

mezo i was not able to log in to...since yesterday night...so did not post....i did not mark the q in the rest of the test papers but will let u know....will try to have a quick look once ....dont worry...i finshed q book most of it long back....
from morning i'm begging my cousin to give me back my password but he is not gonna give it..till my exam....hmm ...dude....u rock but i miss my friends so much...i have no option only eat ur head daily.....
my head is spining today.....i got cold fever what not....
i hardly studied today.....

well,i don't have the answer for this as i got this sort of q in my step 1 exam.
i thought the ans should be 72 kgs.
as net gain is 300mmol = 2kgs.
we will hv to enquire for this a little to confirm.

Uw is going fine .. Actually i'm kinda scared everytime i'm starting a block .. If I got a low score, i don't know what to do more than i did .. my score started yesterday high and decreased steadily by the end of the day ... I don't what is that Decrescendo curve
