well its my 6th cup of coffee....hmm any help people how do i get over my drinking!!!!
yup i have those CAGE questions all "yes" for my coffee

I think u've to cut down ur drinking gradually, we don't want to face withdrawal symptoms 
This is enough for today, no more coffee for u today ...period

ok 4 lessons in CNS pharma over
mom again went to coffee day...grrrrrrrrrrr when will i gooooooooooooooooo
had a nice cold coffee which she got....wow i really have a queen's life ....i love my parents....i get everything before i ask...infact i dont remember asking for something...i have evrything....i also have the determonation ....and i'm deadly stubborn when i want something,,,,....i want it...

Cut down one a day , get up of chair & jump , oopse , jog when ever sleepy
or have spicy snack or or lassi [ not that good here compare with back home  ] or faluda or tamarine cold sweet drink [ I miss that , only thing cannot get or make here that good for hot stuffy summer ] .

For me, currently i'm in 2nd chapter of Respiratory .. Really hate Respiratory and Renal, the hardest to me in Physio ... Hope i could finish physio today before i sleep ... I already purchased UW & i was so disappointed when i saw that they added a new assessment form and they even had a gr8 offer to take them both + the Q-bank for only 130 $ ... it saves u 30 $ ... but i have no time to do them, so i choosed only the Q-bank ... Wish that i made the right choice
