hi tia!
My advice is dont waste too much energy on anatomy. Whatever's given in the notes and UW should be sufficient. No need to make notes with this subject.
Anatomy's a relatively low yield subject anyways.
Do the limbs properly (most HY stuff from core anatomy).
Also make sure u get a proper read on the CTs.
I think ur sequence for physio and patho is pretty cool. No need for a change there.
And good to know u r back to enjoyin ur studies.

Good morning tia,
Actually, i'm too 3 days behind ma schedule, i have to work harder and harder each day passes ... ALLAH " God" please help me help us give us the strenght to do so ....
Autonomic in pharma is soooooooooooooo Hard tia  , could u imagine that the qs in the notes following the chapter they are 25 i only managed to solve 2 without looking back into the notes , the rest even with looking back into the notes i got only 13 out of 25 correct, could u beleive that, it is so confusing it needs that u have a very good understanding of the action and memorization of the drug groups and the names of the drugs in the group, will take much time than i thought it would do, specially i also faced the same difficulty with autonomic back in my medical school .... ALLAH please help me and give the strength to do it well ...
Me too is waiting for genbot advice about Anatomy it was hard for me too ...
well keep moving girl, we will do it ISA.

Alcoholism - poor nutrition
Folate stores lesser than B12 . so def occurs sooner...
Folate def doesnt deal with methymalonic aciduria in myelin sheath of neurons.. so no Nervous system problems...
Typical Megaloblastic Anemia Criteria :
Macrocytes-large RBCs on PBS
Hypersegmented Neutrophils on PBS
Megaloblasts in bone marrow
Gantheyyyyyyyyyyyyy....

hi kal alcoholism ...poor nutrition is not main the reason.....well an exception is beer drinking alcoholics....beer is rich in folates....there is some other mechanism....lets see any goljan fans can get this

has gall bladder disease
spenomegaly
diagnosis???
2) in CLL why does the patient get hypogamaglobulenemia???
there is generalised nontenderlymphadenopathy in CLL

i am very restless today things dont move at all the whole day i sit in my room dont go out any where no phone now no orkut messenger nothing... still there is no pace ....i was never so slow...i am getting irritated now yesterday i scored so less just could not get sleep ....very tensed....i am slowly loosing hope...god plz help me i shall take my hard work to 100% trying my best.....
