How to finish lung and heart ausculation in 15-20 seconds in most cases that more detailed exams are not needed?

Do we need to listen both anterior and posterior chest? Could I only listen four position on posterior chest, and two on anterior chest?

How about heart ausculation? Should I let the patient hold the breath, and I listen to 4 positions at the same time, or should I give the patient a rest when I change positions?

Thanks a lot!
