It seems that it is impossible through the rules of www.usmle.org. The minimal criteria is to pass Step 1 or Step 2 CK before CS for IMGs.

You can take Step 1, step 2 CK, Step 2 CS in any order of your reference.
So You can take step 2 CS now and Step 1 is NOT required.
FIRST AID FOR STEP 2 cs IS WRONG ABOUT THIS information.

i took my cs before step 1, used both first aid and u world, dont think the order makes any difference, at least it didnt for me cos i passed goodluck
