I think the USMLE rules should be changed as follows:
1.Minimum pass 90
2.Number of attempts :ONE
3.Right after medical school.You should not be more than a year from graduation.
4.You should have US hands on clincal experience.
5.You have to apply to a minimum of 100 programs before your application can be considered .
6.There should be a separate exam for each subject i.e.number of steps should be more than 10.
Any more suggestion?
