the feeling is" absolutely normal "before exams.don't worry.
i don't know about kap score .but, take NBME exam and work on ur weak areas,u can easily improve score in this 3 wk period.
better not to read any new books in this period,revise ur notes and first aid.

Hi 2get99, I definately agree you should take nbme and make sure you have a passing grade in this exam, if not you could think on extending your elegibility period, trust your gut also, I have a friend who didn't score a passing grade in nbme, she just new in her gut she wasn't ready but went ahead anyway and failed twice. So better be sure with nbme, and this will give you the confidence you want and need.

Of course this is a normal feeling. Also similar feeling-of-not-having-done-well might occur to u after the exam. Best is to keep reading without getting psyched. NBME might help a bit but with 67 in UW and 4 months of prep I dont think you should be worried. What is more important is to use these 20 days without wasting a moment. What you read now is what u will remember the most in exam! good luck.

thank you guys for your advise and tips.....ill definately follow them and really work hard next 20 days...
will keep you posted 
any advise when i should take nbme? is now too soon or should i finish 1 more reading and then give it an a weeks time?? i am afraid if i give it now and get really bad scores itll shake my cnfidence completely..but after anoter quick breeze reading maybe.....???
