how could you identetify a case of orotic acid uria :?:

  #2

I think I don't understand the Q;you say that a pacient has orotic ac uria when you detect the orotic acid in his urine...

any specific symptom to relate the scenario for that perticlar disease.

  #4

Severe refractory megaloblastic anemia, along with various developmental abnormalities. FInding orotic acid levels in the urine that are like 1000 times higher than normal helps as well.

Is this a legitimate Step 1 concern? There have been less than 100 cases documented.
