Hi All, Well, I have a query regarding state license. If a person gets residency in one state and after residency plans to practise in another state , how will things work out for state license. Is it necessary that you get license of the state where you did your residency OR can anyone after being board eligible apply for a license of the state other than where he did his residency?? Plz help with this question. I'll be greatful.

Most states have a license to use while you are in your training, educational, limited, trainee, etc. A permanent license comes later. You don't have to be licensed in the state that you do your training. Board eligibility isn't a factor in getting most licenses.
