1- D ( imipramine ) ...this fibromyalgia ,commonly associated with psychological

manifestations.

2-C ( CT abdomen )

3-D ( normal saline , the diuretic then bisphosphnate )

4- E ( lipase )....chronic pancreatitis malabsorption.

yeah imipramine would be right.. i went with mao inhibitor coz of atypical depression symptoms....!!
