I think pul artery perforation.
But this answer assumes you have put catheter thru
rt ventricle all the way to PA like a swan.(it is unlikely to travel this far)
commonest complication is pneum.
what do you think.
Q for you?
when does med examiner get involved in cases.
nbme q.
person dies in ED after resus.
? Is this a med examiner case.
? Can the family refuse autopsy if it is a med examiner case.

8.B-chronic interstitial nephritis

39.E-cystic fibrosis.I believe it is not sperm count, as in Young's syndrome there is no pancreas involvement.
