regarding 2nd question,woman has medullary carcinoma thYroid.
MEN2a consists of
medullary carcinoma,(50%)
hyperparathyroidism(50%incidence)mostly do to adenoma
not carcinoma.
pheochromocytoma.
so why cant asnwer be E,as B option mentions
parathyroid carcinoma.
regarding last question,boy seems to be in septic shock.
may be he needs admission and iv antibotics with fluids.

please correct me if iam wrong.these are just my opinions.
