I did the step one on wednesday, this is what surprised me: 1.The questions were all cases and pathophysiology. 2. There were no embryology questions 3.very few questions on immunology and behavioral 4. alot of neuroanatomy My advice, solve alot of questions and Kaplan notes are very sufficient. In the end it was common sense and clinical practice. Good luck to all

Hey, lymphoma. I took mine a day after you, and yes, surprizingly, I did not see too much Embryo either. Not complaining though. Most were Pathophys and Cell and Mol Bio [CMB]. Wishing you luck for the score!
