Attaching files not working

I'm trying to attach a 198KB .jpg file to a topic and I keep getting the same error message that either the file format is invalid or size has exceeded. I was able to do so until afternoon.

Could someone help?

its not only the file size it has to be also of a particular size then that too will be a problem

The File size is 198kb; and the file type is .jpg. Is anyone else having this problem ?

I m so sad to hear that those questions were NBME. I tried to avoid looking NBME 1 and 2 as I want to access myself with them. I only opened when i saw NBME 3 or if there was no indication of NBME.
Feeling bad. I request all of you to name them if you post NBME questions.
