One of the attendings that I'm doing rounds with told me that he will right in his evaluation about me that I'm very enthusiastic about medicine and team player.

Did he just called me dumb? confused

We were talking about residency and before he left I ask him, how I was doing he said A+ and that I'm very enthusiastic about medicine and team player.

I remember that I read here some time ago that they writte a good letter of recommendation and actually the PC is the one that understand what they really ment.

So if anyone want to give me their 2 cents would be a plus about
1- What he said, what it means and
2- what are the key words Im suppose to look for that will not be good in a letter of recommendtion and what words are good. Basicly decifring the code of the letter.

If a mod or any kind soul can find the thread in which bbb talk about it and others will be a plus to.

I have always read that they writte in the LOR that the person is very knowlogebal or what ever is spell, and he did not said that, so it made me think.

Also that depending what the letter says could me something else, and the PD and the PC can figure it out, like a code message between the letter.

Dont confuse yourself with wierd interpretations. Things are not as complex as we make them some times.

The starightforwrd menaing of his statament is that he likes you and is writing a good statement about you. Chill and be happy.
