If I apply for step 3 in mid -march, what would be the earliest date i could possibly sit for step 3?

if you apply online and send paper part soon, they take 7-8 days to process once appl received.
Then Prometric permit is avail online so need to check dates with them since it is 2 day exam, limited spots
