1. What are the fellowship options after a FM residency? Are these very competetive?

2. Is it difficult to get J-1 waiver positions after an FM residency?

3. Is it possible to do an IM residency soon after an FM residency on a J-1?

i do believe besides sports medicine, the others are very limited and highly competitive (especially emergency medicine).. chances are higher that you will do primary care.
