why does dr. goljan use the word "reabsorption" when he talks about anything thats absorbed across the gut. isn't it simple absorption of nutrients across the gut. i understand bile salts etc are "reabsorbed" but not everything that crosses the gut wall is "reabsorption", its simple "absorption".
am i missing something...?
