it has a pic of a mri of the brain, on the right side, stroke damaged premotor cortex, primary motor cortex and somatosensory cortex area. it asks most likely signs on the right? the answer is "weakness of face the dysarthria?" but why dysarthria? i thought that it is controlled by the left side.

If I understand correctly, if there is weakness of the face, dysarthria can result due to the weakness of facial muscles. Not sure if difference of sides is relevant. Dysarthria is a speech disorder due to loss of muscular control after damage to the nervous system.
