I think Answer- D estrogen has cholestatic effect. In cholestasis, GGT and alkalne phosphatase are increased. In this case GGT is increased. Alk phosp is high normal. Alcohol, acetaminophen and NSAIDS causes hepatotoxicity

D- Estrogen effect As with alcoholic hepatitis, ASL/ALT is 2 folds or more, this case is about 1.
