A 34-year-old female with known sarcoidosis is referred to the dermatology clinic because of painful, red nodules on her anterior shins. A biopsy of the lesions is obtained. What is the most likely histological finding?

Gosh ! I was thinking about panniculitis as the answer..but then went for B :oops:
